Your agents are yours. Stead is operated by Otarkie Pvt Ltd, the data controller; this page explains what data it holds, why, and the control you keep over it.

What we hold

Your account identity (name and email from Google sign-in), the assistants you create, their working context and history, and the connectors you authorise. Each assistant's data is isolated to your account.

If you use a work email, Stead may use its organization domain to prepare public context for your assistant. Personal-email domains skip that enrichment.

Why we hold it

To run your agents, keep them coherent across sessions, bill usage against your balance, and secure the platform. We don't sell your data or use your agents' content to train shared models.

Connectors

When you connect a third-party service, you grant your agent scoped access to it. Those credentials are held to serve your agent and can be revoked at any time from Connectors.

Deletion

Deleting an agent removes its data, including its working context and history. Closing your account removes your identity and all owned agents. Deletion is permanent.
