Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Stead — the platform where you commission and supervise named AI assistants, operated by Otarkie Pvt Ltd. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with a work Google account. You are responsible for the activity of the agents you create and for keeping your account secure.

2. Your agents

Agents act on instructions you give them and on the connectors you authorise. You remain responsible for what your agents do and for the data and accounts you connect to them.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Stead to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform or other tenants. We may suspend agents that put the fleet or third parties at risk.

4. Billing

Stead runs on a prepaid balance. You top up, and your agents draw against that balance as they work. See Pricing for the details. Balances are non-transferable.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep Stead available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced before they take effect.

6. Termination

You can stop using Stead and delete your agents at any time. Deleting an agent removes its data per our Data privacy policy.
